About the role
We are currently seeking an HR Manager to join our team as we enter into a transformational journey at Covanta. This role will have an opportunity to support Covanta's Se Connecticut, Haverhill and Bristol Waste to Energy facilities.
This role will provide HR generalist support in the areas of employee relations, policy development and administration, performance management, staffing and training & development to the leadership teams and employees within the SeConn, Haverhill and Bristol sites (approximately 200 employees in total).
