The HR Operations Manager will lead and support a diverse set of HR operations including, but not limited to employee surveys, policy review, fostering communication with and between employees and leadership, and performance management. This role will be a blend of consultative support as well as project-based work.

US BASE PAY SCALE $107,900 - $136,100
The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
