Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and objectives - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off - Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations - Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance - Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, such as sexual harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and workplace safety - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee retention and engagement Skills: - Strong knowledge of EPA (Equal Pay Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), EHS (Environmental Health and Safety), Workers Compensation laws, and other relevant labor regulations - Ability to fabricate effective training development programs to enhance employee skills - Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis to identify underlying issues in HR processes - Excellent report writing skills to document HR activities accurately - CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification preferred - First aid certification preferred We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
