Additionally, International Lending Manager requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of unit/department. The International Lending Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. The starting bonus potential is a 6 month 30 extra bps per deal. So 150 bps per deal for the first 6 months.
