International Lending Manager manages and directs all activities regarding a financial institution's international loan operations for a region. Ensures compliance with established international policies, standards, and reporting requirements. Being an International Lending Manager develops and implements processes and procedures to deliver the most efficient international lending operations. Evaluates changes or new developments in the region that could impact operations and develops alternative solutions as needed. Additionally, International Lending Manager requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of unit/department. The International Lending Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an International Lending Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Requirements
    • Associate degree or equivalent of experience and education
    • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an Inventory role, retail or warehouse position, that exhibits professionalism, sense of urgency, soft skills, and the strong ability to work with others 
    • Strong people and team leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training and developing talent for future bench strength
    • Assures solid in-event financial results through proper payroll management, expense control and a focus on growing employee performance to increase production 
    • Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning or late night shifts, as well as flexible schedules. 
    • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening and/or MVR check
    • A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the Fleet driver requirements may be required depending on the District or Region needs
     
    Working Conditions: 
    This position requires frequent travel via automobile and air and the ability to adapt to changing working conditions, such as standing and sitting for long periods of time, as well as frequent walking. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts regularly.
