True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an International Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities:
- Hire, manage, and train your own door to door sales team
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers
- Set and manage expectations for your team
- Closing sales and completing all necessary paperwork and documentation
Requirements:

- Pass a background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and self motivated attitude
- Have a current driver license

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
