• Proficient with Canva, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suites, Dropbox, and Google Docs
• Able to work in team environments

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing budgets approved by Managing Partner.
• Schedule social media postings via IG/FB, plus more if requested.
• Manage all incoming inquiries via social media.
• Run all ads and analyze results for continuous conversion improvement.
• Request graphics based on brand guidelines & send graphics to Manager for approval.
• Determine when materials need to be printed with the help of the LIU Manager
• Manage photographers/videographers and collect content.
• Send promo content and request to be included in the Downtown newsletter.
• Add specified events onto event listings, requested by the Manager.
• Outreach & Coordinate with potential partners (giveaways, influencers, etc.).
• Determine if marketing budget increases are needed to execute campaigns.
• Take lead on venue programming and determine the success of all programmed events.
• Send promo materials & Communicate to Managers to help promote upcoming events/promotions.
• Create reports that will help the team dictate how the marketing should be led/compare previous sales.
• Research to gain knowledge on social media trends to help increase social media engagement to produce brand awareness and revenue for the business.
• Manage TV content and uploading photo albums online.
• Minor edits on graphics & website text edits.
• Send weekly recap of work done and timesheets.
• Approve/Help team define programming.
• Approve content, newsletters and help define branding for the business.
• Approve marketing calendar budgets prior to sending to managing partner.
• Review and Approve invoices from vendors and follow invoice approval procedure.
• Review Ads & Verify they are running per budget allocated.
• Develop a creative/unique brand voice per business.
• Creating engaging programming.
• Maintain an understanding of new platforms that will help improve social media engagement/new platform updates.
• Track Timecards.
• Coordinating Ads/ Postings/newsletter.
• Occasionally attend events.
• Mandatory Meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

• El Paso, TX 79901: Relocate before starting work (Required)
