A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE ASSOCIATE MANAGER, LOYALTY MARKETING
In this Associate Manager, Loyalty Marketing role, you will analyze campaign generated data, and you will build, test and learn strategies to increase optimization and improve overall performance. This role will analyze the company’s loyalty/rewards program performance and propose actionable strategies to improve performance and maximize returns. This position will use the Punchh Platform to leverage multiple data sources and establish a unified Loyalty Guest view for development of targeted audience segments based on recency, frequency, engagement behavior, and Loyalty Guest monetary value. In this role you will ideate and create Social Media content for Tik Tok and other relevant channels.
The objective of this role is to use audiences and segmentation to target and acquire guests across digital marketing channels to drive restaurant/site transactions and increase sales.
