The Manager plays an essential role in WKU's efforts to recruit, admit, and support qualified international students at WKU. Using a "right fit recruitment" approach the IRPM plays a critical role in the development and growth of international student recruitment activities. The Manager has two primary roles: First, to strengthen WKU's international student recruitment with a focus on developing and maintaining international student recruitment partnerships between WKU and other outside entities including international student recruitment agencies, schools, colleges, universities, and international funding organizations. Second, focus on strengthening international student recruitment yield through the recruitment funnel that they matriculate and graduate from WKU.

The Manager collaborates with the GLIA Leadership Team to recruit international students worldwide. Activities will be strengthened by developing, implement, and evaluate strategic partnerships and other, but with a focus on African and/or Asian nations. The Manager will work closely with agencies and partners to develop marketing plans, provide information on WKU, and evaluate partner productivity.

• Master's degree
• Speak and write fluent English and a minimum of conversational ability in at least one African or Asian language (examples include, but not limited to, French, Portuguese, Swahili, Amharic, Yoruba, Vietnamese, Thai, Malay, Tagalog, etc.)
• Minimum of two years' experience in international student recruitment, and/or advising, and/or international student support
• Regular international travel is required
• Proficiency with common computer applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Zendesk, WhatsApp, etc.
• A valid drivers license
• A valid passport that enables travel to target countries

Salary: $55,300
