International Product/Brand Manager manages, develops, and implements product marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned product line in international market. Office Services Assistant (CORP) - 1st Shift
  • TURBOCAM International
  • Barrington, NH FULL_TIME
  • The Office Services Assistant is a member of the Office Management Team and is responsible for providing general office services and reception support to TURBOCAM. This is a fully on-site position requiring a physical presence at our local facilities (Barrington, Dover, and Rochester, NH). 

    Position Specific Responsibilities

    • Provide Reception coverage as assigned, including scheduled PTO for full-time Receptionist(s).
    • Monitor and replenish supplies as assigned in public work areas and meeting spaces.
    • In tandem with IT respond to Printer Notification emails; communicate promptly and troubleshoot/request service for printer and multifunction devices.
    • Primarily responsible for local errands and frequent trips between our NH locations to deliver supplies and services.
    • Assist with cleaning and resetting desks and workspaces of relocating and departing employees.
    • Assist with transporting company vehicles to and from scheduled service appointments, and relocation onsite prior to inclement weather.
    • Provide back-up support for cafeteria, catering, and company events as needed.
    • Complete special projects as assigned.
    • Perform other duties as necessary.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Familiarity with general office protocol including business correspondence; 1 years’ related experience in an office environment. 2 years of recent post-secondary education may be considered in lieu of experience.
    • Intermediate level in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Working knowledge of office equipment; including but not limited to printers, copiers, and multi-function devices.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Able to keep information confidential.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license from his/her state of residence, and reliable transportation to enable travel to other local facilities.
    • Must be able to lift 35 lbs. in a safe manner and on a regular basis.
    • Must possess a range of motion sufficient to permit climbing stairs, walking, standing, stooping, and crouching for extended periods while performing duties.
