Mondelēz International Chicago Bakery is a manufacturer of biscuits and crackers. The products are produced, unitized, and stored at the facility for shipment to various Distribution Centers and customers throughout the United States and Canada.
Under the direction of the Senior Quality Manager, this position defines and drives the sanitation agenda for the site, ensuring that all sanitation objectives, goals and targets are met.
The Senior Sanitation Manager develops and tracks the departments budget and eliminate sanitation related losses. The role conducts regular plan-do-act-check assessment to plan how sanitation and pest control targets will be met, executing the sanitation plan and periodically checking and taking action to stay on track.
As a people leader, the role is responsible for recruitment and structuring of the department to ensure there are sufficient resources to deliver on plant sanitation objectives, set and assess performance goals, and coach and mentor team members.

Education / Certifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
