Position
French American and International seeks an International Baccalaureate Program Manager to lead the implementation of the IB Middle Years Program (MYP) and facilitate coherence of the grade 6-10 academic experience and the IB program in our vibrant bilingual, international school.
The International Baccalaureate Program Manager is a key leader in our Middle and High Schools, designing systems to support the International Baccalaureate program across all disciplines, promoting the professional learning of IB faculty, and stewarding the MYP program for students in our bilingual, French, and English pathways. The Manager will possess a thorough understanding of the Middle Years Program and, in partnership with the Middle and High School Principals and the Assistant Head of School for Teaching and Learning, will build systems to support its effective implementation in our school, including pedagogical leadership, program documentation, academic schedule, professional development, and family and faculty communications. The IB Program Manager will liaise with the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) to ensure IB program integrity and excellence and will collaborate with the Diploma Program Coordinator and other leadership to realize the power of the IB mission and Learner Profile in our school.
