Communication Strategy & Implementation

• Works with Director, International Admissions to develop, update, and maintain prospective and yield communication strategies for international students.
• Develops, writes, edits, and publishes communication plans for all modalities (Main, Global Direct, Dual Degree and Arizona Academy) including monitoring differentiation required by location, level, and pathway.
• Develops, writes, edits, and publishes decision-related communications, print materials, and letters.
• Collaborates with Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions teams on communication best practices in support of all international populations.
• Analyzes data and monitors performance to inform decisions and updates to annual communication plans to meet enrollment targets and recruitment objectives.

Marketing

• Manages content updates for all International Admissions websites.
• Works closely with Arizona International Marketing and Central Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards.
• Works closely with Enrollment Counselors to support social media management; identify, engage, and offer feedback on social efforts.
• Supervise student workers in relation to marketing activities (i.e. Unibuddy).
  
  

Enrollment Operations

• Act as enrollment operations team lead to ensure accurate and efficient use of the Slate CRM.
• Maintain general operational understanding of the Slate CRM, its functionality, and best use cases as it relates to communication, recruitment and tracking, data reporting, etc.
• Support Enrollment Counselors within Slate CRM for lead generation, recruitment tracking, communication flow pre/post events, and other enrollment-related activities.
• Works with and communicates to educational agents and partners to verify enrollment leads in conjunction with the International Finance team.
