    What you will enjoy doing*

    • This role reports to the Tax Director, US Compliance and Reporting, and will lead and manage the international tax compliance function, prepare and provide estimated calculations for the ASC 740 provision, and contribute to the strategic planning of international transactions

    · You will lead, manage, and review international aspects of the Company’s consolidated Federal income tax and Federal Partnership tax return. The review will encompass detailed international calculations, tax attributes, and effects of business developments and foreign currency fluctuations, identifying and communicating key drivers of variances. International components include, but not limited to:

    o Certain M-3 Adjustments

    o Form 1118 including IRC Section 861 expense allocation and apportionment

    o Subpart F calculations

    o Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, including E&P calculations

    o Forms 8992 – Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI)

    o Form 8991 - BEAT

    o Form 8993 - Foreign Derived Intangible Income (FDII)

    o Tax Return disclosure statements

    • You will work with Global tax planning team on international tax planning projects, including financings, restructurings, liquidations, acquisitions, and repatriations
    • Lead, manage, and review international calculations for the quarterly and annual income tax provision, as well as provide support during financial audits/reviews
    • Generate and implement process improvements to the current income tax return and provision processes particularly in obtaining, organizing, reviewing, and utilizing data from local business unit tax and finance contacts
    • In addition, you will provide support for IRS audits of US Federal Consolidated Income Tax as items relate to US International calculations and positions taken
    • Prepare tax reports and presentations for senior management in the company
    • Provide supervision for staff including training, mentoring, and professional development

    What makes you great

    • You will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
    • You must have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience including 5 years of progressively responsible experience in public accounting, and/or detailed international tax experience in a mid to large size corporation
    • Significant tax technical and working knowledge of US tax on foreign operations and some knowledge of and prior experience with ASC 740
    • Systems experience with Hyperion, CORE, SAP, JDE, CORPTAX (U.S. compliance) is preferred
    • CPA and/or a Master of Tax is strongly preferred
    • US Partnership Tax experience is preferred
    • You should have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
    • Have a hands-on approach and success working in a team-based environment
    • Strong analytical, technology focused, and project management skills
    • You should be detail oriented with experience in use of different IT tools and general ledger systems
    • You should be able to demonstrate experience in developing and implementing relevant process improvement in a mid/large size multinational corporation
