The Assistant/Associate Director of Admissions for International Recruitment will be part of a two-person international recruitment team responsible for the creation and implementation of an aggressive recruitment strategy that utilizes both in-person and virtual recruitment methods.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Salary range is $58,500 to $82,500.
A Bachelor’s Degree, a valid drivers license, passport and an eagerness to travel internationally is required. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual, able to work under certain degrees of pressure. In addition, candidates for the position must possess an excitement to work with students from across the globe, a willingness to work outside normal office hours, as well as strong customer service skills and strong computer skills. Knowledge of enrollment systems applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs is helpful. Must be able to work with and maintain extremely confidential and sensitive information.
