    What you will bring:

    • The candidate must have a Bachelor degree or higher in agriculture, business, marketing or related field.
    • At least 10 years of experience in sales, product management, customer experience, or a related field
    • Highly developed customer service skills with a proven ability to grow and sustain strong customer relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and objectives with analytical and reporting capabilities.
    • Awareness of industry standards related to handling, storage and use of fertilizer and specialty products.
    • Performance driven personality with results and solution orientation and the ability to sustain a professional growth strategy while working independently.
    • Proven ability to influence key stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of margin optimization thru continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Exceptional communication abilities, including writing, presenting, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteandPower BI, with a strong ability to generate insightful reports.
    • In-depth knowledge of internal systems(MSS, PowerBI) for data analysis and reporting.
    • Comprehensive understanding of markets, both North American and international, with skills in data synthesis and distribution.
    • Teamwork-oriented mindset, with a capacity to contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.
    • Outstanding negotiation prowess, with a track record of successful deal-making.
