Responsibilities
· Achieve agreed-upon sales targets
· Act as the point of contact for clients
· Resolve problems and handle customer issues in a timely manner working with various departments of JC SALES
· Identify new potential customers; Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and emails
· Apply best practices in Sales and relationship management skills
· Monitor and report on sales performance
· Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
· Travel frequently to meet with clients and attend tradeshows
· Control accounts receivables
· Learn product selection to increase product knowledge
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of Hands on experience in Sales in wholesale industry desired, not required
· Be able to learn and use CRM software and MS office ( MS Excel in particular ) and other programs
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Willingness to learn and apply
Willingness to delight our customers
· Education : 2 year certificate from college or technical school (4-year college degree preferred)
