Job Description

• B2B Sales experience is a must.
• Responsible for managing, coaching, and developing Inside Sales Representatives within a defined sales district.
• This is the first level inside sales manager, responsible for the day-to-day activities of the inside sales organization.
• Proactively engages with key accounts and supervise account plans.
• Approves special pricing and manages pricing policies within the district.
• Oversees and maintains documentation of builder agreements and competitive pricing agreements.
• Handles escalated customer issues and reports to management as appropriate.
• Coaches, mentor and manages the performance of inside sales representatives.
• Monitors metrics to make data-driven decisions on your inside sales plan.
• Recruits, hire and onboard new inside sales representatives.
• Sets individual and team goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 5 years related experience. (2 years of management experience).
• Must be able to manage the work of team members to optimize performance.
• Requires expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
• Knows principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office, SAP, Automatic Call Distributor, Sales Engagement and Customer Relationship Management software.
