Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations. The Sales Associate is responsible for receiving money from and disbursing money to customers while always maintaining a high level of customer service.

Duties Include:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, and providing outstanding customer service
• Operating cash register, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
• Open/close store and complete daily checklist

Requirements:

• An associate degree or High School Diploma
• The ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• The ability to stand and walk for an extended time.
• Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. frequently
• Withstanding temperature extremes in indoor/outdoor environments
• Excellent communication and time management skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Must be able to work in a team environment interacting with multiple departments.
• Must be well organized with attention to detail.
• Must possess a positive attitude, self-confidence, professionalism, integrity, motivation, and a very strong work ethic.
