We are seeking a highly motivated and EXPERIENCED results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our products or services to potential customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales. Please do not apply if you are not currently titled as roofing sales or have past roofing sales experience.

Responsibilities:
- Market and sell our products or services to potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, including order processing and customer inquiries
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or B2B environment
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $89,473.59 - $176,914.42 per year
