International Trade Specialist is responsible for coordinating credit and financial activities and obtaining payments for import/export operations. Acts as an advisor on matters of tariffs, markets, and federal and foreign regulations. Being an International Trade Specialist ensures that all filings, documents, and regulatory reporting are completed accurately, in a timely manner, and according to trade laws. Keeps informed of international events and changes to laws and requirements that may impact operations. Additionally, International Trade Specialist may negotiate letters of credit or handle issues with international banks. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The International Trade Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Position Overview:
The Trade Marketing Specialist is accountable for achieving sales and
profitability goals through developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and
marketing objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of retail channel's trade marketing strategy to accomplish defined business
objectives throughout product categories.
2. Implement channel-specific marketing strategies, plans, and shop display guidance for retail
channels including marketing POP material development and creation.
3. Increase brand presence and campaign execution through excellence in in-store planning, execution
and tracking
4. Lead activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility in retail shops
5. Conceptualize and execute trade promotions and roll out impactful in-store campaigns in
collaboration with the sales team and related internal/external teams.
6. Visit the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible and guidelines are respected.
7. Coordinate activities associated with organization participation at tradeshows or events.
8. Assist the Marketing Director with marketing communication
9. Assist in set up of Brand Marketing strategy with Marketing Director and Marketing VP
10. Prepare the monthly Marketing Events & Partnership Report
11. Ad hoc marketing reports for the CEO North America, President at HQ
12. Budget Management & Invoice for trade marketing activities.
Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:

2. Working knowledge of Tire Industry and dealer/distributor channels
3. Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior Marketing position.
4. Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel and Power
Point, etc.
