International Trade Specialist is responsible for coordinating credit and financial activities and obtaining payments for import/export operations. Acts as an advisor on matters of tariffs, markets, and federal and foreign regulations. Being an International Trade Specialist ensures that all filings, documents, and regulatory reporting are completed accurately, in a timely manner, and according to trade laws. Keeps informed of international events and changes to laws and requirements that may impact operations. Additionally, International Trade Specialist may negotiate letters of credit or handle issues with international banks. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The International Trade Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Position Requirements:
    • Associates Degree or equivalent of experience and education
    • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an Inventory role, retail or warehouse position, that exhibits professionalism, sense of urgency, soft skills, and the strong ability to work with others
    • Strong people and team leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training and developing talent for future bench strength
    • Assures solid in-event financial results through proper payroll management, expense control and a focus on growing employee performance to increase production
    • Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning or late night shifts, as well as flexible schedules.
    • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening and/or MVR check
    • A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the Fleet driver requirements may be required depending on the District or Region needs
    Working Conditions:
    • This position requires frequent travel via automobile and air and the ability to adapt to changing working conditions, such as standing and sitting for long periods of time, as well as frequent walking.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
    • Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts regularly.
