International Trade Specialist is responsible for coordinating credit and financial activities and obtaining payments for import/export operations. Acts as an advisor on matters of tariffs, markets, and federal and foreign regulations. Being an International Trade Specialist ensures that all filings, documents, and regulatory reporting are completed accurately, in a timely manner, and according to trade laws. Keeps informed of international events and changes to laws and requirements that may impact operations. Additionally, International Trade Specialist may negotiate letters of credit or handle issues with international banks. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The International Trade Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. This position is a hybrid (remote office plus frequent periods at our Burlington WA headquarters preparing for trade show shipments) responsible to obtain, edit, create, and maintain online product data for Legend Brands websites, e-commerce stores and key customer websites using content management systems (CMS). Assist with preparations for trade shows in the U.S. and Canada by packing and shipping equipment and supplies. Maintain marketing materials and equipment inventory. Develop and maintain product support materials such as quick start guides, manuals and warranty documents.

- Intermediate MS Word and Excel experience, plus basic to intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills.
- Experience maintaining website content using CMS (eg, Umbarco).
- Experience maintaining content on e-commerce sites (eg, Shopify), ideal candidate will have experience in setting up new Shopify stores.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Constant Contact or Emma.
- Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working with deadlines.
