REQUIREMENT DETAILS

Job Title: Financial Operations Analyst- Trade Support
Location: Jacksonville, FL- Onsite
Pay Rate: $22.11/hr on W2
Duration: 6-month contract with Possible extension / Conversion to Perm

Hours: M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm CST. Beginning in May 2024, Hours will shift to later in the day

Job Description: ​

• Provide timely and accurate trade handling for Private Bank trades by external money managers.
• Proactively work with other business groups to ensure all exceptions and corrections are handled appropriately.
• The review of control reports is completed, and quality reviewed by the private Bank Trade Support team to verify trades were actioned and confirmed completely and accurately by settlement date.
• Ensure all trades are posted in the correct account by settlement date.
• Communicate with external managers to resolve issues timely.
• Team members are located in Jacksonville, FL, Dallas, TX, Boston, MA and Charlotte, NC.
