The Manager Of Trade Operations makes an impact by –

• Responsible for trade promotion support which includes Trade Promotion Management system planning, communication, tracking and analysis of trade promotion activity and spending
• Serve as the company expert of the Trade Promotion Management system (Exceedra) with responsibility for updates and improvements to the system and ensuring data integrity
• Proactively monitor, analyze, and report customer trade promotion forecasts and spend rates to budget
• Lead monthly customer trade forecast accuracy with Field Sales, Customer Development and Finance
• Develop metrics, dashboards and scorecards for management that communicate key trade promotion information and performance-based metrics to enable detailed understanding of trade spending and total customer investment
• Provide ad hoc analytical expertise for Sales, Marketing and Finance for decision support specific to trade promotional activities

You could be a great fit if you have these things –

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• Minimum of (3) years of related sales, customer and trade marketing or financial analyst experience
• Experience with TPM systems functionality and best practice data integrity
• Experience managing a portfolio of $100M or greater
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to plan, organize and carry-out multiple tasks and projects
• Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office suite including Access
• Advanced Excel knowledge
