We're seeking a Planning Support Specialist to join our corporate Direct to Consumer team in Kenosha, WI. You'll assist in providing support and assistance to the Planning and Allocation teams, developing a solid knowledge of replenishment and planning practices, pricing, alignment with merchandising strategies and analytical skill sets to meet financial sales plans.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze and direct product needs for unique eCommerce programs, directing re-op needs at 3PL facilities to maintain targeted in-stock inventory positions.
• Review and track open, unreceived orders and resolve location receiving issues generated through analytic tools.
• Act as a store liaison, communicating product opportunities and out of stock items as well as inform them of inbound assortment.
• Prepare and review merchandise tracking tools, assisting in identifying opportunities to deliver the best overall financial performance.
• Develop basic replenishment and allocation skill set, assisting analysts to distribute inventory driving overall sales and profit.
• Provide additional store analytics to ensure appropriate stock balance and mix by location.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Business, Retail, or similar degree preferred
• Solid computer skills in the MS-Office suite; strong Excel skills.
• Detail oriented with exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
