The International Accounting team seeks an Accounts Receivable Analyst for its expanding International Accounting Department. This job requires constant interaction with SHI customers and co-workers, while maintaining a central focus on managing the financial relationship of the customer with SHI and ensuring payment terms are met within their terms.

The AR Analyst - International will be reporting to the Accounting Manager - International and will be required to report into our SHI Somerset, NJ office location as determined by SHI management.

• Collection of overdue customer balances in Asia-Pac region
• Utilizing all tools made available to you in order to work in the most efficient manner
• Managing invoicing process to your customers
• Identifying and rectifying any invoicing issues to ensure timely payment
• Reconcile account statements via cash application, issuing credit transactions, and other misc. entries.
• Working with various departments to resolve any customer issues/disputes
• Potential to deal with tax issues, mutiple currencies, and currency conversion
• Obtaining payment dates on invoices prior to due date

• 2 years relevant experience working in accounts receivable
• Associates Degree or relevant work experience required
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office tools

• Excel and Microsoft office efficiently
• Excellent communication, verbal & written skills
• Work in a team or individually
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Proactive and have a can do attitude.
• Affectively able to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner to meet deadlines.

• 2 years relevant experience working in accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office tools
• Prior familiarity with accounting software

• The estimated annual pay for this position is $44,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
