Pain Management/Orthopedic/Spine group looking for experienced, serious candidates to join our growing team!!

We are one of the largest Pain Management Orthopedic Spine groups in New Jersey looking for the best of the best to join our growing team! Our goal is to provide the very best care to all of our patients and this starts at the front desk!

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments for multiple providers/locations
• Checking patients in and out of the EMR system.
• Answering and making phone calls as needed
• Collecting and posting patient payments.
• Accurately documenting patient accounts of all actions & communication
• Interacting & communicating with patients, other employees and management in a professional and respectful manner
• Informing staff, physicians and the billing team of any insurance changes, terminations or concerns
• Additional front desk duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS

EMR experience/working knowledge

Must be able to work independently as well as demonstrating teamwork

**Bi-lingual English/Spanish HIGHLY preferred!! *English is required

*THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION; MONDAY THRU FRIDAY WHICH REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS IF NEEDED

REGULAR AND PUNCTUAL ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED

MUST HAVE EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS

**Salary is based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
