Tierra Encantada, the leader in Spanish immersion early education®, is seeking a skilled Website Manager to oversee and optimize our online presence. The Website Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital strategies to enhance our brand visibility, drive traffic to our website, and ultimately increase enrollment across our franchise and corporate locations..

Responsibilities

Website Management:

• Maintain and update the website to ensure it reflects accurate information and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Monitor website performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure website content accuracy, functionality, and usability.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop new website features and enhancements that align with business objectives.

Digital Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies to increase online visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Identify and analyze digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and the competitor landscape to optimize strategies.
• Leverage SEO techniques, CRM and owned media to reach target audiences effectively.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure website initiatives are integrated within the overall marketing roadmap and campaigns.

SEO:

• Optimize content in-line with SEO best practices including keyword research and metadata optimization.
• Develop strategies for local SEO improvements to help support local awareness and lead generation.
• Audit the blog and create an updated taxonomy for enhanced content wayfinding.

UX/UI Improvements:

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand visitor behavior and preferences, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement A/B testing and user feedback mechanisms to optimize website usability and conversion rates.
• Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and accessible to users across various devices and browsers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.

Performance and Analytics:

• Generate regular reports on website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
• Develop a dashboard for marketing leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
• Monitor digital marketing campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Web Development, or related field.
• 3-5 years in website management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, Rank Science, etc.) and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in content management systems and basic web development languages (HTML, CSS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Passion for education and a commitment to the mission and values of Tierra Encantada.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary depends on qualifications, education, and experience.
