Intranet Applications Specialist, Sr. - Web jobs in Fort Smith, AR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review Nightly Log of declined credit card payments with Shipping Department to return shipments
  • Contact customer for valid payment
  • Resend shipment if payment is received
  • If fraud, complete a return credit for the product and flag the customer
  • If fraud or nonpayment, cancel order on website
• Retrieve daily orders from Umarex and Walther websites at the beginning of the shift and throughout the day
  • Validate orders for Restrictions and Fraud
  • Allocate and print Pick List
  • Deliver Pick List to Shipping
  • Cancel suspected fraud orders
• Check the websites for outstanding orders that need to be processed
• Check unshipped web orders to ensure the invoice processes
• Reconcile any chargebacks with Accounts Receivable and enter credits
• Review specials and discounts on websites with Marketing Team
• Support Service Department with the collecting and scanning of shipping documents
• Assist Customer Service as needed
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of experience in web-based customer service preferred
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Accurate data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Starting Pay: $15.00 per Hour
