Intranet Applications Specialist, Sr. - Web develops, implements, and maintains web-based application systems for an organization. Troubleshoots issues with existing or developed systems, and works with the appropriate resources to resolve them. Being an Intranet Applications Specialist, Sr. - Web may require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., HTML, Java, etc.). Additionally, Intranet Applications Specialist, Sr. - Web relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Position Summary
Works closely with the Reimbursement Manager and assists in the preparation of all in house Medicare, Medicaid and Champus cost reports, audits and supporting schedules as well as the preparation and timely filing of regulatory surveys.

1. In support of statutory reporting requirements, assists in the timely accumulation and organization of data throughout the hospitals.
2. Gathers all necessary DSH documentation and data and prepares as filed and re-opening DSH schedules.
3. Participates in the month-end AR valuation process, including the preparation of bad debt schedules.
4.Performs annual review of contracts for inclusion in wage index and reviews findings with Manager.
5. Updates wage index schedules on a quarterly basis.
6. Processes the bi-weekly travelers timesheets and records them in the wage index contract labor schedules.
7.Gathers data and accurately completes surveys for review in a timely manner.
