Intranet Applications Specialist, Sr. - Web develops, implements, and maintains web-based application systems for an organization. Troubleshoots issues with existing or developed systems, and works with the appropriate resources to resolve them. Being an Intranet Applications Specialist, Sr. - Web may require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., HTML, Java, etc.). Additionally, Intranet Applications Specialist, Sr. - Web relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Web & Digital Media Specialist manages website content updates, creates digital graphics and multimedia content, assists with photography and video projects, supports digital marketing efforts, and designs materials based on established guidelines.
POSITION RELATIONSHIP:
In collaboration with the Marketing, Communications & Creative Services department, this position works closely with other staff members in all departments as well as external vendors.
