Job Summary:

Prisma is seeking a Web to Print Specialist in one of the most exciting and strategically important parts of our business. Web to Print is one of the fastest growing segments of the commercial print industry. The successful candidate will report to the Web to Print Manager. The Web to Print Specialist is primarily responsible for support of our proprietary eCommerce platform. They will work cross-functionally with our Technology, and Production Teams to program and maintain products and other elements on our various sites. They will also help serve as backup to our Customer Support Team. We strive to deliver stellar customer service and maintain the level of excellence our customers have come to expect of Prisma. You Will

•  Work with Prisma’s internal stakeholders to program and maintain products and other elements on our various sites.
•  Perform all assigned duties in a timely manner
•  Export client art from InDesign and then work in Acrobat (Fusion Pro plug-in) to create needed dynamic templates
•  Use basic HTML and JavaScript codes for site/product functionality
•  Create product images and keep sites up-to-date
•  Work and update various online customer project management systems
•  Answer customer calls and emails as needed
•  Ensure consistent and accurate information is communicated

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graphic Design degree preferred
• Experience in delivering top notch customer service
• Experience working in MS Office applications and MS Outlook
• Previous customer service or print production experience preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required
• Experience with Fusion Pro, PitStop, Java, HTML is a plus
• Experience in Prepress, or Web to Print workflows are a big plus
