Intranet Applications Specialist - Web jobs in San Antonio, TX

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and provide the shot list for photographers to get web lifestyles and web product shots for new arrivals & video
• Help set up for lifestyle, product, and video shoots, and provide scripts for video. Coordinate all details for web photo & video
• Schedule web photos & video shoots with the web photo & video team, and all other involved parties
• Be present during web photo & video shoots
• Arranging for product transport to and from where it needs to go for web photo & video shoots
• Manage time to make sure we accomplish all web photo & video goals
• Work with Manager on all flows within web experience platforms
• Upload approved web graphics & images
• Facilitate website day to day projects as provided by the website manager
• Create collection-specific descriptive/alternate text, help with SEO
• Support all web experience goals as needed
• Strategize product placement for promotions that will benefit the web, communicate with the team that will execute the plan
• Work with a product specialist to coordinate promotions for specific inventory groups
• Work with manager & product specialist to fill categories that customers are shopping or that need more variety

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Professional background and practical work experience in high-level customer service and client interactions
• Understanding of sales and the customer experience

Ability to learn digital tools to analyze data and draw actionable insights and conclusions to implement new processes.

• Communicating well with customers digitally, in person, and over the phone
• Working closely with the manager to develop web strategies around the customer experience
