Working in the Professional Pest Management Industry is much more than controlling pest problems. It's building relationships with customers and educating them about how to reduce their pest problems in their homes or businesses. Prior experience is not a requirement. We offer comprehensive training programs that incorporate classroom and on-the-job learning to ensure you have all the knowledge necessary to perform the job at the highest level possible. Service Technicians conduct inspections, give estimates/sale service plans, treat/correct pest problems by applying product, baiting & monitoring and communicating regularly with our trainer, sales manager and office personnel to ensure top quality customer service. All sales/service technicians at Gibson Pest Control will be expected attend a state issued Registered Technician class and successfully pass a state certified applicators exam. A high school diploma/GED, great communication skills, stable work history and a genuine desire to start a long lasting career in the Pest Control Industry. Gibson Pest Control requires a background check, drug testing and a valid drivers license. All applicants who receive an invitation to interview for this position will be expected to attend a formal interview at our office with our Owner & General Manager.
