Summary:

Responsible for purchasing Inventory and Supplies by following purchasing procedures. Oversees physical inventory and maintaining stocking levels and inventory records.

Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with suppliers | Assist staff and Customers in placing orders and tracking products | Learn about products, services, and cost | Manage stock levels and ensure accurate pricing of products | Research pricing, quality, and availability to evaluate suppliers | Receive purchased materials | Keep system updated with changes to inventory | Creating adjustment reports | Properly order products | Routine inventory level checks on products and order as needed | Coordinate inventory with warehouse supervisor | Mindfulness of workplace's health and safety requirements | Constant efforts for improvements in purchasing and inventory management | Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.

Requirements:
Proven experience in inventory management or related field | Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools | Knowledge of retail management practices and inventory control systems | Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities | Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines | Must work well under pressure | Excellent communications skills written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Kahului, HI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
