Job Description
As an Inventory Control Analyst at our resto-mod production facility, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our inventory processes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring stock levels, analyzing demand patterns, and implementing efficient inventory control measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for classic vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Inventory Monitoring and Analysis:
- Regularly review and analyze inventory levels, identifying trends and patterns.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking logs.
- Cycle Counting and Auditing:
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform audits to verify the integrity of inventory data and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate cycle count results, trends, and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- System Maintenance and Data Integrity:
- Maintain and update inventory management systems to reflect accurate stock levels.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors promptly.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless flow of materials and components.
- Communicate effectively to address inventory-related issues and support overall production efficiency.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate and analyze reports related to inventory performance and present findings to management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions and adjustments.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in inventory control.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with classic vehicle production and related materials.
- Focus on accuracy and precision in inventory counting and reconciliation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent working experience.
- Proven experience (3 years) in inventory control or related roles, preferably in an automotive manufacturing setting.
- Experience working with a CRM and inventory management software programs
- QuickBooks knowledge is preferred
Physical Demands (to include but not limited to)
- Must be able to lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Must be physically able to operate a variety of equipment including computer, office equipment, telephone, etc.
- Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time.
- Must be able to navigate through various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
- Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting.
- Ability to accurately count and perform basic mathematics.
- Ability to work in hot or cold temperatures for long periods of time.
- Safely operate a motor vehicle including forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
