Volt is immediately hiring an Inventory Analyst for an immediate opportunity in Kearny Mesa, CA.
As an Inventory Analyst you will:
- Collaborate with business partners in Warehouse and Manufacturing Operations, Material Planning, Supply Chain, Shipping and Engineering to identify, minimize and eliminate issues impacting the timely inventory availability in support of business requirements
- Inventory analysis
- Reconciliation of purchase order receipts
- Management of cycle count and inventory management activities
- Metrics creation and analysis
- Leading and participating Continuous Improvement projects
Hours are 8am – 5pm. Position is temp for 18 months with potential to go temp to hire before that. Lots of room for mobility, growth and overtime.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Completed Bachelors degree
- 1-3 years of materials management, inventory, supply chain experience
- Experience using Baan preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- LEAN training preferred not required
Pay Rate: $60,000-76,542/year
