JOB TITLE: Inventory Clerk

DEPARTMENT: Facility Maintenance

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

JOB SUMMARY: The inventory clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels, and assisting in the efficient flow of goods within the organization. This role involves overseeing inventory operations, coordinating with various departments, and contributing to the overall optimization of inventory management processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Ensuring that the stores are kept tidy and organized
• Maintaining accurate inventory records of all items stored
• Issuing and receiving supplies/spare parts; ensuring that all movement of parts into and out of stories is accounted

for and that systems are kept up to date

• Ensuring that items are correctly labeled and are recorded in the inventory records as applicable
• Advising responsible line engineers about low stock of parts
• Providing support and assistance to responsible personnel of the team as required
• Ensuring materials are in the right place
• Carrying out cyclical and annual audits to ensure continued compliance with the company’s inventory

management processes

• Controlling the movement of materials
• Responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Generating and providing timely and accurate inventory reports as requested
• Performing miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required
• Assisting in tasks such as translation and interpretation between employees as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in inventory or related fields preferred
• Familiar with battery manufacturer preferred
• Bilingual(Korean/English) required
