Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating records inventory daily in/out bound book.
• Weekly/Monthly inventory reconciliation with headquarter inventory team.
• Monthly physical inventory count and find the discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Developing inventory management procedures with warehouse team.
• Compiling balance, price, and cost reports.
• Implement a loss prevention.
• Report any stock issues to accounting management and place product orders, as necessary.
• Other tasks assigned by his or her supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year Experience as an inventory clerk or in similar position.
• Studies in Accounting or a similar field are preferred.
• Communicate fluently in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends as operational needs change.
• Familiar to GP dynamic system or WMS system is a plus.
• Fast Learner
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional manner, and ability to work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Inventory control: 2 years (Preferred)
