Inventory Control Manager manages inventory control operations. Implements policies, objectives, and initiatives. Being an Inventory Control Manager employs standards, metrics, and procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency. Assists with inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, and control operations. Additionally, Inventory Control Manager implements Inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, auditing, and reporting. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives to optimize inventory capabilities and develop best inventory management practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Inventory Control Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Inventory Control Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     · Monitoring raw material usage for accuracy

    · Managing Cycle Count procedure and schedule

    · Assist in site physical inventories

    · Reconcile third party warehousing to ensure accuracy of inventory

    · Assist with compliance to warehouse policies and procedures

    · Production usage reconciliations

    · Inbound Receiving into inventory system

    · Process work orders

    · Monitor quarantine and slow-moving product inventories

    · Other duties as assigned

    Criteria:

    · Work in an environment of rapidly changing priorities and workload

    · Manage multiple activities and assignments

    · Work both as a member of a team and in an independent, self-directed manner

    · Manage and organize work to meet timeliness and to meet the attention of detail required to successfully complete assignments

    · Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

    · Maintain employee, contractor and corporate confidentiality

    · Effectively interact with and provide support for individuals at all levels of business

    · Demonstrate sound knowledge of inventory control and production control principles

    · Proficiently utilize MS Office and other required software

    · Abide by all Corporate and Plant Safety Guidelines

    Qualifications:

    · Minimum work experience of 2 - 4 years full time in a production environment
