What We're Looking For

CRB Securities is looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join a growing and dynamic investment banking team. We look for candidates who are intellectually curious, have excellent communication and presentation skills and are team players. The individual must be results driven and perform well under pressure and against tight timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Take an active role in supporting and executing transactions
• Provide analytical support on transactions
• Assist in the preparation of financial models, offering memoranda, proposals and other written materials for client meetings
• Build and maintain databases with industry and deal related information
• Interact with clients and senior team members across the firm on a daily basis to assist in transaction origination and execution
• Conduct industry and company specific due diligence relating to transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of current investment banking or related experience required
• Series SIE (or equivalent), 79 and 63 Licensed or willingness to become licensed within 6 months of hire
• Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize to meet multiple goals and deadlines

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000.00
