Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Investment Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Investment Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. - Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable
- Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect

What We Need From You:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years' experience in an assistant manager or manager role
