Analyzes investment opportunities and recommends investments as appropriate. Being an Investment Analyst may help to evaluate stock investment and major projects for high-level analysis. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Investment Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Investment Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. As our chosen Assistant Manager, every day you will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations at our conventional apartment community, help people lease their dream homes, complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures, and conduct unit inspections! Silver Bay (185 units) is a beautiful conventional apartment community in Boise, ID and we want YOU to be our Assistant Community Manager!
To thrive in this role:
Have experience with Property Management
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Make prompt decisions under pressure
Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
Have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations governing multi-family housing operations
Bonus Skills
Yardi or OneSite experience
Bilingual is a PLUS
