We are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst in the Columbus, OH area to join our team! Our ideal candidate will provide help desk support and maintenance of the computer desktop environment locally and nationwide when needed.
Benefits:
Tasks include but are not limited to end user support, PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations on computers along with printers, wireless routers, network switches, etc. This will be accomplished both remotely and onsite.
Responsibilities:
• Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through IT help desk tickets
• Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for all computers (local and remote)
• Utilize and maintain the help desk Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software
• Assist with documentation of internal IT procedures
• Assist with installation, test and configure new computers, peripheral equipment and software
• Assist in maintaining inventory database of all equipment, software and software licenses
• Escalate Yardi application issues to the IS team
• Assist with PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
• HP and Brother printers/MFP's setup and troubleshooting
• Panini Check scanner setup and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Users and Computers in Work groups
• Assist the Monarch Technology Team with any other requests as needed
Preferred Requirements:
• Associate's Degree, Trade school or relevant experience

* Networking TCP/IP Understanding
* Microsoft Office 365
* Excellent Communication Skills
• Computer Certifications
• 1 years of relevant technical experience
• TeamViewer remote control software
• IOS and Android Devices
• Valid Driver's License
- The position is light work in nature; physical demands are in excess of those of sedentary work and requires walking or standing to a significant degree. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Travel Requirements
-Up to 25% over-the-road travel mostly local with some nationwide travel as needed.
Usually done and back home by the end of the day when traveling!
