Analyzes investment opportunities and recommends investments as appropriate. Being an Investment Analyst may help to evaluate stock investment and major projects for high-level analysis. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Investment Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Investment Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Position Summary:
Drives Monarch’s digital marketing effectiveness, both locally and on a national scale, via deep data analysis, system audits, strength/weakness assessment, summary reporting, and solution proposals. Uses discretion and independent judgment to initiate/create/develop, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of various tools and strategies transforming raw data into valuable marketing and enrollment insights aimed at improving the experience of customers, including multifamily prospects and residents.
