Analyzes investment opportunities and recommends investments as appropriate. Being an Investment Analyst may help to evaluate stock investment and major projects for high-level analysis. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Investment Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Investment Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Serving as part of the Accelerator Program, this high potential new hire will perform the role of an Investment Analyst while learning the business, completing required program coursework and gaining valuable exposure to all facets of DLP Capital's operations. In the role of investment analyst, this analyst will be tasked with evaluating multi family housing opportunities in acquisitions, dispositions, and financing through the analysis of Rent Rolls, Income Statements, Discounted Cash Flow / DCF, market & submarket data, and more.
