What You’ll Do

The Investment Analyst team is responsible for quantifying the financial performance of our real estate investments and managing to the financial business plan. The team supports the Asset Management team in day-to-day communication with and reporting for our investors. Each member of the team is responsible for recurring responsibilities as well as ad hoc problem solving that will vary by the week. Every day at NorthPoint is a new challenge, be prepared to tackle new problems every day!

Who You Are

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with real estate deal structures, waterfalls and formation documents

• Ability to shift between singular focus on a spreadsheet one day and multitasking the next day

• Detail focused with great organizational skills

• Confident and knowledgeable when interacting with all team members & outside parties

• Able to work collaboratively as a team and independently
