Investment Analyst analyzes and researches financial markets, securities, and investment products to assess risks, evaluate potential returns, and make informed investment decisions for an organization. Collects and researches economic data, financial metrics, and market conditions to develop and build financial models, forecasts, and investment strategies. Being an Investment Analyst monitors and analyzes portfolio performance, asset allocation, and risk exposure to ensure alignment with the organization's investment objectives, strategies, and risk tolerance levels. Prepares investment reports and analyses on investment opportunities or strategies to identify trends and recommend actions for the organization. Additionally, Investment Analyst utilizes mathematical formulas and statistical analyses to identify potential or alternative investments and calculate and evaluate financial health, returns, and fair value of securities, assets, or other investments. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Investment Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     About the Role:

     

    As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and cleaning our facility's equipment, buildings, and grounds as scheduled to preserve structural integrity and overall upkeep. This role is for a 16-unit apartment community designed exclusively for low-income seniors aged 62 and above or households with disabilities of any age in Valentine, NE. You'll need solid maintenance knowledge and skills, with experience in property management being helpful.

    What you will be doing?

     

    • Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.

    • Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.

    • Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.

    • Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.

    • Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.

    • At least three years of maintenance technician experience

    • Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

    • Computer literacy is required.

    • An HVAC certificate is helpful but not required.
