Investment Coordinator

We are searching for an experienced Investment Coordinator.
South Bend, Indiana 46601

Essential Function

Perform support functions including use of computer systems, reviewing forms and reports for accuracy, and providing service on member insurance and investment accounts.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties3

• Responsible for working from multiple branch locations greeting members and answering the telephone. Must evaluate member needs to provide service or referral to an Investment Representative for assistance.
• Responsible for follow through on service requests as directed by Investment Representatives and management.
• Responsible for sales calls to support Investment Services initiatives.
• Responsible for reviewing paperwork for accuracy and completeness before submission. Follows up with representative, member, or staff to correct any errors.
• Processes paperwork for annuities, life products and processes license documentation for representatives.
• Responsible for working with multiple brokerages, mutual fund, and insurance companies to insure proper documentation of production and reviews, and accurate and timely processing of the pending drawer.
• Reviews fact finders and establish client files to meet compliance requirements.
• Responsible for opening of CD’s, IRA’s and issuing checks.
• Will assume additional duties as necessary.

• Accountable for providing professional assistance to members and ensure accuracy and timely completion of duties.

• Accountable for meeting outbound calling weekly goals

Minimum Requirements

• Current Bachelor’s Degree or enrolled to receive bachelor’s degree within 5 years.
• Obtain Life and Health Insurance License within first year of employment.
